This website is operated by Surprise Shopping. The words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Surprise Shopping; “you” refers to the visitor or customer. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show colours, fabrics and designs as accurately as possible. Because of screen settings and lighting, the colour you see may differ slightly from the product. Handloom and handwoven sarees can have small natural variations in weave, which are part of their character and are not defects. Products described as “inspired” are designed to reflect a style or look and are not made, endorsed or sponsored by any celebrity or brand.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, and to correct pricing errors, at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment (or Cash on Delivery confirmation, where offered) is received and we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product-information error, or if we suspect misuse; in that case any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate details when you register or order.

7. Intellectual property

All images, videos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Surprise Shopping or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Surprise Shopping is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered business will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
